Thank you for your report.
We are aware of the cltr+alt+del bug and it's a bug abuse,therefore makes the one who use it to support the consequences of a permanent Ban.
Cyriacus Lightborn NPC work just fine but i have seen many players confused about the NPC's notice so i will explain you "why" do you think is bugged.
Any player is able to play just 1 time in 24 hours.
Let's say you played at hour 12:05.Your next play will be at 12:06 next day not in 12 hours.
The NPC notice is : Sorry,you already played event.Your next play is after 12:00 hours!
Now that notice means that you are able to play again when the time is 12:00(
server time) not after 12 hours.
The message it's pretty clear to me : "after 12:00 hours" and not "in 12 hours".
Easy to be confused i know.
