Because gm_sirgon gived up from old idea viewtopic.php?f=114&t=32839 , I decide to open again topic.

GM will be able to make posted event on 14.03.2015, also helping players,answering pm etc..

Event should contain :
Post your idea about "how should an event looks like"

Reward :
The winner will be GM for 1 day,doing the event posted and working with the GM staff for 1 day.He will get help from us doing his event so it will be easy :)

Main rule :
You are allowed to post just 1 event in a reply but as many events you have in your mind in different replies.

13.03.2015 we will know a winner.

Have fun and bring in your best ideas.

You'll make two 2 GM chars OP. 1 or 2 hits you'll kill normal character + lot of hp nd deff. and behind you you'll have tp put a monument juraid so both Gms should save it, the both nation will have to kill you the GM's so you'll be killing them tho. nd ofx some of'em won't attack you, they'll keep killing the newbies, so it'll be fun doe the first nation that kill the GM emm let's say GM_Karus killed by Human nation so the humans will start attacking the Monument if they don't kill you, you'll just stand near the monument pressing w nd skill w nd skill till they're gone so next time they'll attack you then monument. and after that the nation that kill the monument, you'll have to do a big nps/exp/boss event in their EMC/LUF.

These kinda things could be fun, did similars too few months ago however there is a BIG problem regarding any event that include attackable GM char, and hence why there wasn't any Kill the GM event nowadays. And it is the dmgs on the gm char, it's unbalanced as HELL:

-Anti def working fine, so attackers barely dmging you. But no matter how much resists i told Flegy to try to add on the GM rings they are just bugged as hell and even if you have like 1400 resists (adding more on the rings didn't have any effect, e.g atm they have like 700 resists too each which should be 4k++ resist overall but still having only like 1300ish resist) mages are spamming ~750 dmgs on the GM chars.

So kill the GM event isn't rly an option since it's almost granted that a mage will win it (10-90 dmgs compared to 700-800) /// with those dmgs even GM chars can be shitstomped within few sec here if 3-4+++ mages gangs up on it which leads to any event including a GM char like that pretty much unfair / hard to do.

can make event kill gm every day

This event is nice, but for int priest is not oky

Unfortunately when we play as int priest, we can't kill gm.. cuz give him Low damg :D like 60 damg i almost impossible.

This event is only for warrior and assassin and arch also mage and
Bpriest because they can kill him.
and about The winner
only admin can give winner Prize
It also can set its kind Prize
like nps or items or Kc

Just read the comment above, as much as i'd like to do kill the GM events too, already stated why they aren't rly good options, as soon as there are mages around it's nearly impossible to tank a decent amount of people even on GM chars and the event becomes 1 sided // causes frustration due to the unbalance.

Sure it can maybe bring some ppl to CZ, but the event itself is a fail with such a mage dmgs on them so it's better to come up with other kinda event.

Basic event, simple and fair.(didnt came here for win just giving an opinion btw.)

-The idea is to make something similar as a deathmatch, so everyone against everyone.

-Here we go, everyone who want to participate should go inside the normal arena (yellow sand one) then block the enter with something (can easily be done) when everyone are ready,so no1 can come back.

-Everyone are welcome to join it expect INT priest.(kinda easy to found out who's INT or not, but still they can join as BP or not was you wish.)

-All items allowed.

-All skill allowed.

-When everything is ready make a countdown 5,4,3,2,1,0, for begin the fight.

-Only one guys can stand alive in the end for become the new winner.

Damn so smart,hf.

Forget to mention : block the safe zone either.

Nah... Events like what RRR suggested were done here long before flameko was even opened. So does other servers had similar things too.

I'm not against it, and would try to support you if you'd do it but

Possibly downsides and things you will have to deal with:

1.: Nearly impossible to block the gates properly manually. Tested it with Gilad alot before VS events, but i could basicly always bypass it and enter the arena no matter what he putted there hence why only option was left to tp the entering npc so ppl couldn't come in to arena at all. Anyway it's possible to monitor it but requires atleast 2 GM to check and make sure no1 goes back.


2.: Bugged spots, as you know there are 1-2 bugged spots even at the sand arena where you can't be attacked. Maybe it can be prevented by placing some npc / objects there but as soon as it's a non fight zone those objects becomes transparent and u can walk through them. However if the object is big enough guess it would work out, still it would drain some place from the ppl participating in the event.

3.: Respawn sc. It would be pain in the ass to check that properly. Even if you notice the respawn sc usage right away, by the time you tp them out of arena, he can be fast enough to type a /unview, attack and maybe actually kill some1 which will leads to complains by the 1 being killed.

4.: And the most important, hence why normal DMs w/o name blocking are sux as hell. Even tho you can't make parties at arena, 4-16 ppl from the same clan participate, decide not to attack eachother and gangs on the rest of the ppl would causes a flame war / unfair event.



Once again, i'm not against it, but thanks to those facts above, an event like this might would actually have more bad sides than good tho there is always a way to improve it and can maybe make it a useful event.
