How to make HD video in sony vegas 10

Fraps Configurations:

Video Capture Settings : 30 fps

sound Capture Settings : Record Win7 sound

Use f9 key for record xD

Sony vegas configurations :

First in time line click in the video and right botton
switches : click in disable resample
clear maintain aspect ratio
and loop

now render in HD:
File>Render as:
File name : you chose

save as type: Windows Média Video v11 (*.wmv)

Template : 8Mbps HD 1080-30p Video

Fraps files are very, very large unfortunately. If hard drive space is a problem for you I suggest using Camtasia. I have Camtasia Studio 7 Ripped and you can make like 5min clips down to a couple mb's. It's excellent. On the other hand nice guide, I just use my own personal template whenever I upload anything.
