It works on monsters, monuments, npcs so they are useful indeed.

Only does not work in pvp, like mp bonus doesn't rly work on any private server in pvp, beside 1-2 usko file based one.

Here is pk server not farm/homeko server. No need use that items then. Waste

It's hella useful at invasion or bdw, or even at cz enabling raping atros / riotes in no time. No1 forcing you to use it anyway but that's a fact that they won't be able to make it the way it affect the dmg in pk, since no other server menaged to achieve it aswell // it would make them way too OP in pk.

The most skilsl using "Str", I dont know why but thats is how is in original.
