For some weird reason I cannot access the BDW npc or the PUS. When I click on the PUS or BDW a window opens but I see no text/dialog, then I get "Navigation to webpage was canceled". I have no firewall, AV or WinDef running. I am not running WTFast or any enhancers. Just win 8.1. Can someone look into this and advise? Thanks!

i also got this problmes i cant open pus and got some time bug in bdw npc but im use windows 7

I have exactly the same problem. I can only access the Panel via VPN outside the game. IN game using VPN I can enter BDW, but when I try to access the PUS without VPN I get blank page, if I use VPN I get the PANEL when I use the "P" key for the PUS.

Long story to a short. I cannot get PUS in game, it just takes me to the panel when I use a VPN.

Long Story, Without anything running but windows 8.1, I can log into game. When I try to access BDW I get same as RatBastard blank page. When I try to access PUS in game, I get blank page. NOW>>>If I use a VPN while I am already in game, I can get BDW dialog, but I get the PANEL when trying to access the PUS.

I have tried the fix Flegy offered up but it doesnt change anything. I have anothy char I was to get some PUS stuff for and make that char have a donator status. Is there a work around for making an account DONATOR without going to the PUS?

I am bumping this up. I have tried everything, I have traveled 400 miles today away from my home to try and access the PUS from another ISP. I am getting the same results as with my home ISP.

I am using my winXP laptop.

I log into game, click the "P" and after a wait, I get the same error, a blank screen, then a refresh page screen. I have tried all that Gilad suggested in his writing, and even let him do teamviewer on my home puter, and I still cannot access the PUS, access the panel to vote, or get into BDW.

Please put a list of the PUS items on the forum, that are non-interactive, so I can at least see the prices and items.

If I was the only one with this problem I would not ask this. I dont think the problem is on my end.
